Service Details

USAT really only has one service. We have stated it before. We strive to deliver your alpacas with the utmost in care, timeliness, and at a minimum of stress to your animals and to you. It's that simple.

1. EACH ANIMAL MUST HAVE A BVDV NEGATIVE REPORT FROM THEIR VET.
2. Health Certificate dated within 30 days of transport destination date (give yourself ample time).
3. Up to date immunizations and parasite control health records.
4. Proof of Negative Blood Tests as required by Destination State if any.
5. Pick-Up and Delivery Driving Directions from main interstate.
6. Animal(s) must be microchipped.
7. Copeis of current full theft and mortality insurance, and travel rider (or signed waiver).
8. Signed CONTRACT.
9. Paid Deposit*

Trailers are thoroughly power washed with disinfectant (safe for animals).
Emergency Medical Kit on board.
National Access to Vet's.
Stress Meds available on request or as needed.
Thick layer of clean straw or cardboard bedding for ultimate absorption and padding (cleaned and refreshed daily).
Animals are roused for at least 20 minutes every 4 hours or less.
High Volume full Air movement.
Windows and roof vents for nice days.
Combination Air Conditioning / Heating unit with generator power.
Moveable Divider Walls.
Low clearance vents.
Rubber mats to reduce noise.
Wireless Camera for monitoring in the truck cab (we can keep an eye on your investment).
Remote temperature and humidity gauge to insure a comfortable and safe environment.
Fresh water supply holding tanks.
